5,000-lb Capacity. Designed to upgrade your rear suspension, LoadLifter 5000 air springs provide high-quality, full-time load support. They level your vehicle, improving braking and ride comfort and reducing the strain on your factory suspension.

Specs:
Air Lift's LoadLifter 5000 was designed with an exact purpose: to provide full-time, first-class support to your 3/4- or 1-ton pickup, motor home, or commercial truck. With this kit, you get a safer ride and simultaneously protect your vehicle from the strain that comes with hauling massive loads.
Carrying heavy cargo in your truck bed or trailer puts tremendous stress on your vehicle. Your brakes erode faster, your tires wear unevenly, and handling suffers severely. When towing, you might also experience excessive sway, bottoming out, and even improper and unsafe headlight aim. Fortunately, there is a solution to these problems. By pairing your existing suspension with the LoadLifter 5000, you can seriously beef up your suspension, ensure equal load distribution, and give your vehicle the support it desperately needs. Air Lift's LoadLifter 5000 provides up to 5,000 pounds of load-leveling capacity and distributes the weight of your payload to all four wheels. As a result, the stress on your OEM suspension is significantly reduced.
LoadLifter's air bags are adjustable from 5 to 100 psi for precise support, and they can be inflated independently of one another for front-to-rear and side-to-side leveling. They are made of high-quality, two-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber. Most air bags lose air at the ends, where the bag is enclosed with a steel cap, because the steel can rust and corrode over time, creating small holes. The endcaps on Air Lift air bags are fashioned from corrosion-proof Zytel nylon, a material that is both stronger and lighter than steel, ensuring that the air bags won't lose air. Also, LoadLifter 5000 comes with Air Lift's exclusive roll plates, which both protect your air springs and beef up the load capacity of the springs.
This system installs with the included brackets and hardware. Just mount the springs, inflate them, and ride. To inflate the LoadLifter springs, you just have to pump air in through the inflation valves. A line kit is included with the springs so that you can install the valves (one for each spring) in an easily accessible area - typically they are installed on the bumper. If you want to make the springs even easier to use, you can get a compressor and gauge system (sold separately).
Air Lift kits are designed to keep your vehicle at normal ride height. You can find the normal ride height of your vehicle by unloading it and measuring the distance between the bottom edge of your wheel well and the center of the hub. After you find and record this distance, you can regulate the amount of air that you put into your air springs to maintain normal ride height - even when you are hauling a heavy load. You will need to adjust the air pressure in your air bags according to the size of your load.
Along with a lifetime warranty that has no mileage restrictions, Air Lift offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Just install and use LoadLifter 5000 springs for 60 days, and if you are not satisfied at the end of this time, you can remove them from your vehicle and return them for a full product refund. Now that's confidence.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Spring Kit for your rear axle. Now this is designed to fit your 2019 and newer Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 with the two-wheel drive. And on custom fit parts such as this kit, I do recommend taking advantage of our Vehicle Fit Guide here at etrailer.com. Simply input the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and our Fit Guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. For instance, if you are looking for the kit for the four-wheel drive, our Fit Guide will point you to the right direction.
So with this kit, you are going to get a safer ride, while at the same time protecting your Sprinter from the strain that comes from hauling heavy loads. As you know, carrying heavy loads can put tremendous strain on your Sprinter. Your brakes erode faster, your tires wear unevenly, and the handling suffers severely. When towing, you might also experience excessive sway, bottoming out, and even improper or unsafe headlight aim. So, by pairing your existing suspension with these LoadLifter 5000s, you can seriously beef up your original suspension, ensuring equal load distribution and give your Sprinter the support that it desperately needs while you're hauling heavy loads.
These Air Helper Springs provide up to 5,000 pounds of load leveling capacity, and these are gonna distribute the weight of your payload to all four wheels. So, as a result, the stress on your OEM suspension is going to be significantly reduced. Now, taking a slightly closer look here at this kit, these airbags are made here in the USA of high quality two-ply fabric-reinforced rubber. Most airbags can lose the air at the ends where the bag is enclosed with the steel cap because the steel can rust and corrode over time, creating small holes. But the end caps on these Air Lift airbags are fashioned from corrosion-proof Zytel nylon.
Now, you can't see those end caps here 'cause I do have these kind of loosely assembled together with the roll plates that I'll talk about in the next second or so. So those end caps are constructed of this Zytel nylon. It's a material that's both stronger and lighter than steel, ensuring that the airbags won't lose air. So I mentioned these roll plates here. These exclusive roll plates will both protect your air springs and beef up the load capacity of these springs.
So these springs are adjustable from five to 100 PSI, giving you that precise support that you're looking for. These can be inflated independently of one another for front-to-rear or side-to-side leveling. And this does include everything that you see laid out on my table before me. You are going to get the custom-design mounting brackets for your two-wheel drive Sprinter 2500. You're gonna get all the hardware that you need. Obviously, I'm using some of the hardware to secure the plates and the brackets to the bags there. So, I just kind of put these together, just kind of give you an idea of what the assembled product's gonna look like on your Sprinter. So all the hardware that you need, and then the airline, and then the valves, and the manual inflation valves are typically mounted on the bumper for easier access. You are going to get a detailed set of instructions to guide you through the installation process. I do wanna point out that you can get compressor systems with end cap gauges that can be added to monitor and automatically adjust the pressure. These items, we do sell separately here at etrailer.com, but you can find them using the Related Products tab on this Product page. Now, as I mentioned, the load leveling capacity is up to 5,000 pounds, but it is important to note that these Air Helper Springs do not actually increase your Sprinter's weight carrying capacity. So you do wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit. These do have a lifetime warranty from Air Lift, and I think that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that our brief time together was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
